• Collaborated directly with program interns, faculty, students, and parents in order to create a safe, creative, and innovative arts environment.

• Oversaught day-to-day program demands including but not limited to registration, student organization and documentation, solving interpersonal issues, placing bulk and individual supply orders, and brainstorming curriculum and instructional strategies with instructors.

• Worked with teachers and staff to present summative exhibitions each showcasing student artwork and intellectual development.

• Developed new curriculum based on innovative and contemporary digital art making processes.

• Oversaught hiring and placement of faculty within the program.
